    Towns Health Services Inc. offers four programs to assist you. If you are looking to enter treatment at Towns Health Services (THS) or Palm Tree Ranch (PTR), Dr. Towns and his team work together to provide the highest standard of care to each client. Their belief in personalized care and attention helps them provide clients with exceptional treatment plans that meet their unique needs and circumstances. 
    We accept most insurance plans including TriWest, Tricare, Cigna, Evernorth and Sacramento and San Joaquin county Medi-Cal . Please call to check on our network status as we are actively in the credentialing process with insurance providers such as Anthem, Multiplan, Halcyon, Aetna, HMC Healthworks, United Health Care, and Optum.

  • What levels of care does Towns Health Services and Palm Tree Ranch provide?

    Towns Health Services Inc. offers the full continuum of care and evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment services. We offer both inpatient and outpatient treatment services. Our inpatient rehab services include residential treatment with or without detox services
    In our outpatient settings we provide Outpatient OP, Intensive Outpatient Treatment IOP, Partial Hospitalization PHP. We also offer Medication Assisted Therapy MAT, Opioid Addiction Treatment, Chemical Dependency Treatment, Telemedicine Services and Sober Living coming soon.

He is a highly experienced and double-board certified Addiction Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Addiction Medicine, and the American Board of Internal Medicine
